Kumon is the world’s largest after-school math and reading program, where struggling students are assisted and Talented-And-Gifted (TAG) students are challenged!
The Boulder center is run by John Redding, a previous Math/Science/LA teacher, who also has extensive experience as an Aerospace and Civil Engineer. He is a married father of 2 children, and he loves watching them and his Kumon students grow academically and with their self-confidence.
John tries to make his center a pleasant environment by offering the kids numerous rewards (Grandrabbit’s gift cards, trophies, prizes from the treasure chest, etc.) and yummy drinks (the hot chocolate machine operates during the colder months… the fruit juice slushee machine operates during the warmer months).
