Inside the Orchestra is a Denver-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that presents orchestra concerts for children throughout the Denver metro. Our main public concert series is called Tiny Tots, which are 45-minute performances geared towards children ages 6 and under. Tiny Tots programs are immersive and interactive: audiences get literally inside the orchestra as we seat them on the floor and surround them with 30+ professional musicians, modern dancers, and an opera singer. The conductor faces the audience and leads them through theatre of the mind style activities and teaches them about the music going on around them.
We believe that all children should have access to a quality arts education, and as such, we never turn anyone away from our programs who cannot afford our suggested $9.95 ticket price. Last year, 87% of people who attended our programs did so either completely free or at a greatly reduced price.
Concerts are performed in venues all around the Denver metropolitan area, from Parker all the way to Boulder.
