Build-a-Robot Learning Center

Build-a-Robot Learning Center is part of the Kids2GLOW, PBC family. The learning center is a state licensed school-age after-school STEAM program provider for K~12 students. Our programs adopt methodologies that have been successfully implemented by leading STEM schools. Students learn Computer Science, Robotics, and other STEAM topics through our platform of Growth Mindsets, Social Emotional Learning, Design Thinking, and Problem Based Learning.

Our immersion programs (12~16 weeks) are designed to start students on this path as young as kindergarten and advance them through high school when students commit to 2~4 hours/week in a semester-long program to obtain comprehensive skills in content knowledge and project experience to solve real-world problems. Our exploration (4~8 weeks) and discovery (2~4 weeks) program are designed to give students and parents opportunity to explore interests and commitments through short-term projects.

Depending on the time invested, our students would gain foundation skills in computer science and other transferable life skills including creativity, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking at various depth and breadth. Our goal is to create a safe and fun community to help students grow their brains, creativity, compassion; to help 21st century students to innovate and develop exciting technology-empowered tools to solve problems and make our community and the world a better place.

The Build-A-Robot Learning Center is conveniently located at the Superior Market Place.
